| Talk about a love story...listen to this. Sonny & Barb has owned this 1957 Chevrolet for 41 years. They have re-done this car 4 times and say this will be the last time..I could not see why they would ever want to do more to it..This '57 is immaculate from top to bottom. The engine compartment houses a 350 ci motor, most of it chromed, and a 350 turbo transmission. The color is a beautiful Polo green color and lots of chrome. They had quite a time with the paint. The guy that was going to paint it, decided that he was going to keep it..The car was gone for over 1 year and it was an experience but it's done and they love it. Credits for the paint finally went to Hago. They have many "Best of Show" to prove the true quality and beauty that this car displays. Jeff Graham completed the interior of the car..This 57 has all the best features of a new car, including air conditioning, power windows, power brakes, tilt column, view finder, plus all chrome undercarriage. When you get out to a show, stop by and say "Hi" to Sonny & Barb..They would love to show you their pride and joy.. |
